[PRR-talk] Landis Crossing

The Pennsylvania's electrified mainline was crossed via a diamond at 
"Landis" (Landisville, PA) by the Reading Company. Movements for this 
crossing were controlled from where?
The post WW II era up till Conrail is of prime concern. The Reading 
continued south to an interchange with the Pennsylvania RR at Columbia. 
Was there an interchange between these roads at "Landis"?
