Fred R asked about the PLB85R. Not listed in the Liljestrand and Sweetland books. No info in Jerry Brittons class listing. Jerry's 24 hours at Harrisburg (from makeup of trains etc.) lists PLB85Rs in the consist of the "Spirit of St. Louis" with a note numbers 6695 to 6699. I am trying to find my makeup of trains to confirm.

PRR Friends:
Five of us are taking a day trip out to Altoona this Thursday, May 15th to start our Annual Pennsy Convention, spend the day in Altoona and then head to Harrisburg Thursday evening. Does anyone have a contact person, e-mail or phone number I can call to arrange to see the Altoona Area Model Railroad Club Layout on Thursday sometime? Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Gus Minardi

PRR-talk requires posters to be subscribers to the list in order to

is not moderated, in order to expedite processing.
Unfortunately, some folks receive these types of emails and think
it's "cute" to resend it to everyone in their address book, without
thinking about the list addresses that might be included.
The perpetrator in this instance has been placed on individual
moderate status.
I apologize that the post went across this fine list.

Gold Medal Models (www.goldmm.com) has an N scale passenger car details etched brass set for Kato smoothside passenger cars. The set includes antenna mounts for the observation car (different car than the PRR View obs, but both are Pullman products). I don't know if they make this set in HO.

Hi Bob:
What are you going to use for the antenna stantions? It appears that these stantions and antenna railing are smaller than those used on the locomotives.
I am planning to install the antenna on my HO scale Rivarossi Tower View car. I came across an N-scale detail part for an PRR Antenna PRR Locos (see attached path). It is made by JNJ Trains part number 344-0555. It may not be a perfect match as far as accuracy goes but it does provide the smaller size for that these antennas.
