Gold Medal Models (www.goldmm.com) has an N scale passenger car details etched brass set for Kato smoothside passenger cars. The set includes antenna mounts for the observation car (different car than the PRR View obs, but both are Pullman products). I don't know if they make this set in HO.

    Hi Bob:

What are you going to use for the antenna stantions? It appears that these stantions and antenna railing are smaller than those used on the locomotives.

I am planning to install the antenna on my HO scale Rivarossi Tower View car. I came across an N-scale detail part for an PRR Antenna PRR Locos (see attached path). It is made by JNJ Trains part number 344-0555. It may not be a perfect match as far as accuracy goes but it does provide the smaller size for that these antennas.
