PRR-talk requires posters to be subscribers to the list in order to 
post, which all but eliminates SPAM. That said, the remaining traffic 
is not moderated, in order to expedite processing.

Unfortunately, some folks receive these types of emails and think 
it's "cute" to resend it to everyone in their address book, without 
thinking about the list addresses that might be included.

The perpetrator in this instance has been placed on individual 
moderate status.

I apologize that the post went across this fine list.
