[PRR-talk] Tower View, etc

I have a question about the antennae on Tower View and Mountain View.
Were they on the centerline of the roof or off-center on the firemen's
side?  Any prototype photo or drawing evidence would be appreciated.

Bob,

The antenna on my Oriental Limited model is offset to the aisle side of the
car (which is also the firemen’s side).  It is off to the side enough that
it appears to be above the aisle.

The Randall Pullman book has some photos and drawings.  The aisle side
elevation drawing shows the antenna, but the room side elevation does not.
In aisle side photos taken at ground level, the antenna is visible.  In room
side photos taken at ground level, the antenna can’t be seen.

Interestingly, all of the photos in the three Morning Sun color guides only
show the room side.  The antenna is not visible in any of them.
