Hello All,
This e-mail could have just accidentally been sent. I agree that it does not belong on the list, but it could have been an honest mistake on his part. As for it not being written in the first place, that is ones' own opinion. Some of my relatives are part Indian, they thought it was funny. I spent twenty-five years in the army and air force, now have younger cousins, nephews, and friends in Iraq. Wake up guys, we were attacked and are at War!! My son and I are firemen and first responders, both of us lost friends and relatives in the towers. Both of us went up and stood there in horror. My son got out of the army last year, two broken legs in a paratroop drop. I grew up on the PRR, especially rode in the cabs of locomotives from Newark to Bay Head Junction as my grandfather worked for the PRR. If you want to bar me from the list for this e-mail, so be it. I just finished one year as commander of the VFW and have heard tons of stories coming from the young veterans
. I s
pent two years in Viet Nam, plus numerous hot spots around the world, including Beirut where I helped clean up the mess, now fighting is coming out of there. Most of the muslim neighborhoods along the Hudson, (refuse to use a capital), had children out of school, standing on rooftops prior to the attack, waiting for it, then loud cheers went up during and after. Are these people American patriots, I think not!! Wake up, take a lesson from these countries mentioned!!! I take more offense from advertisers trying to sell stuff on these various lists that don't even pertain to trains. I do enjoy the caps and shirts, that is rr related. So, watch the news and think. As I said, you can ban me from this list for my ideas, but at least I defended my country and fear this war going on now. Before you know it, they will be in your backyard.
