[PRR-talk] PRR in Cecil County, MD

Greetings,
Questions. It is my understanding that there was a small yard and spurs that 
went to Triumph Industrial Park from the Pennsy Main (NEC) in Elkton, MD. Just 
curious, did the Pennsy or someone have an engine at the industrial park for 
switching or did the Pennsy come right off the main and do all the switching 
with the current power?
Any idea when rail service stopped there. Looking for any background.
