TTX INTRODUCES NEW LOGO, BRAND IDENTITY

Logo Signifies Railcar Provider's Focus on Future

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

CHICAGO, Ill. - March 3, 2008 - TTX, the nation's leading railcar provider,
today unveiled a new

logo and position line that reflects the company's unique position in the
railroad industry.

In the new logo, the letters "TTX" are presented in a Tuscan red color in
honor of the company's

founder, the Pennsylvania Railroad. The logo is paired with the words
"Forward Thinking," an indication of

TTX's commitment to anticipating industry trends and customers' needs, and
providing innovative solutions.

"Every day, we partner with North America's railroads by forecasting and
managing the market's

equipment needs, and providing a dependable and available fleet of
railcars," said Andrew Reardon,

President and CEO of TTX. "But TTX is about more than railcars. We have a
strong record of understanding

Thinking.' The new logo is an

outstanding reflection of who we are and where we are going."

The new TTX logo and position line will appear on the company's railcars, as
well as all customer and

stakeholder communications.
