Thanks Dave....

         I've heard these signals referred to as "crossing targets". But
they seem to have many names. The more I look into these targets, they
all seem to be different. Some are yellow, some with stripes, some with
lights, some without.
         Trying to see if there was a uniform size for the "tiltboard".
