[PRR-talk] Crossing Targets

Gents.....

       Has there ever been an article on how to build a working Crossing
Target or "tiltboard" in HO scale. They were common west of Pittsburgh.
I've seen many photos of the crossing target in Alliance Ohio where the
C&P crossed the main. The only other one I've seen was the B&O target on
Whiskey Island.
      Any info on these interesting signals would be appreciated. Thanks
in advance.....
