To look at it from the perspective of TTX equipment, the 85-ft flats  
came in '59 and '60,
so the question is how quickly were flats w/autoracks turned out in  
quantity?  I know
there were some experiments right away- I'm still guessing maybe mid- 
late '61 when a fleet started to appear?
