Pat,

   The long haul tender being released with the I1sa is the 210F82a. It
is the welded side version. PCM will be using the same tender from their
J1a models, the 210F84. There is a very very minor difference between
the two classes but we deemed it "passable" as a stand in for the proper
210F82a the I1's had. I believe we may not have gotten a long haul
version if that tender wasn't already in their inventory.  

    Yes, you understand correctly on the "peanut" headlight being used
when 210F82a tenders were used. However, it was not always the case.
Sometimes, not a lot, but either headlight could be found, on either
version. The research all of us have done to come up with proper road
numbers with the proper details was quite consuming. Photo evidence has
helped confirm this. Now we wait for the final models to see if we
guided PCM through out the process of making these I1's worth the
wait......Gary
