[PRR-talk] BLI K4s Releases

BLI long ago, for unknown reasons, dropped the K4s from their web  
site when they redesigned their web site.

There were two releases of the K4s. I am seeking a listing of the  
second release part numbers -- those that had spotting feature  
improvements per the PRRT&HS.

More specifically, am interested in the DCC/Sound versions with cast  
pilots.... what were the BLI part numbers and corresponding PRR road  
numbers.
