[PRR-talk] PRR Layout creation program

We are using 3rd Rail Planit.  It was fairly easy to learn and has  many 
features which make designing a layout easier.   Cost is middle  of the road.  
Only warning is you will need a computer with heavy duty  graphics capabilities 
to take advantage of all the features  especially the  3 dimensional views and 
the scenic views.
