[PRR-talk] PRR Layout creation program

I have been trying to design my layout with graph paper and pencil and I think I have a pretty good design. I an going to model Lawrence Jct/ New Castle PA and some of the E&P branch. I would like your input on a software that you have used. I don't want something that is going to take me days to learn because I just know myself and I will give up and go back to pencil and paper!  The whole reason I want to get it into a program is so that I can share it to get others opinions. My paper version is approx 3ft by 3ft and cannot be scanned...  Some details on the layout. No less than 36" radius, I might get that closer to 40" ( only 1) all the rest are 42" or 48"  Full turntable and 23 stalls, yard area, coal dock, etc. 
 
Any help would be appreciated!
