[PRR-talk] Budd fluted pre-war diner- what scheme in '50's?

Lists,

On page 44 in the book "Pennsy Streamliners" by Joe Welsh, there is a
builders shot of Budd pre-war fluted diner 4502.
It is of course painted in FOM colors.

In the 1950's, would this car have been painted standard tuscan w/
dulux gold lettering, or would it have had a stainless finish?

Thanks, Fred R.
