Agree with you, Ben. The ALTO tower was flawed at so many levels. The  
footprint dimensions were available online. Worse yet, the tower  
still stands and could have been measured. Those failures fall on the  
shoulders of N Scale Architect.

Although tower and plans are lacking for ROCKVILLE, the footprint is  
known on actual PRR documents and the rest can be guestimated very  
close... close enough so that I doubt any PRR modeler would really  
refute it considering. And for NSA to back out of the project when it  
was a contract kit that would not even be marketed by them is totally  
beyond me.

It's possible other factors are affecting NSA and they are just  
taking a page from PCM's book -- let's find a way to blame it on  
someone else -- but nothing has changed from my end in the year I was  
taking reservations... and Merchandise Service was prepared to put  
several thousand clams in NSA's pocket this week. Doesn't make sense.
