[PRR-talk] [PennsyWest] RE: [PRR-FAX] PRR Lines West structure colors 101

How about wood water towers for steam engines?  I've got one going on my 
layout soon, and one of the big questions is what color it should be 
painted - assuming that it represents a water tower that has been 
well-maintained.
