[PRR-talk] D&H Interchange

Folks,

My brother David has obtained a 1945-46 D&H conductor's book which lists
cars and cargos.  Several cars are listed with a destination of PRR-BW. 
Any idea where BW would be?  It should be an interchange between the D&H
and PRR.  It is not Wilkes Barre which appears as WB.
