Jerry,
          The upper yard is  where the mainline set offs were made. Mainline 
5(next to No. 4 main) thru  mainline 9,next to the road on the north side. The 
lower yard is where all the  yard shift work was done as you could come off 
the east end of the upper yard(  don't recall exactly which tracks you could do 
this on as not all connected  directly to the west end of the lower yd) and 
shove eastward into the lower yd  to do their work.
The upper yard was under the mainline valuation and the lower yd under  the 
S&L Selinsgrove Br valuation.
