[PRR-talk] Interior of a PRR station.

Ken,

It varied greatly by the type and age of the building. Most common in office buildings were cream or buff walls with dark stained wood trim and doors. "Privacy" glass was common for office doors and walls above the belt rail.

Most of the freight stations and maintenance of way buildings were so badly in need of paint the interior could best be described as aged wood and soot.

Remember, it's been forty years now, but I seem to recall a few buildings with "institutional green" interiors as well.

I was wondering what are the PRR specific colors of a wooden passanger station? I know that the out side is a buff and a shade of maroon but what would the inside be? Or if not a wooden station what about maintance-a-way building or towers?
