[PRR-talk] 1938 "County" sleepers- skirting removed by '50's?

Bill,
       I looked in the KEYSTONE article and  it showed that the four 
mentioned in the article were retired in 1968. The last  13DBR showing in the few 
PITTSBURGHER consists was 1949.
