[PRR-talk] PRR forms

Since I have gotten two e mails I probably need to explain a little further.  What I envisioned was the submission of scanned blank forms that could be downloaded, copied and used for operating.  I was not suggesting filled in forms( unless it helps explain the purpose) which might be a good idea also.  Norm Bell
