[PRR-talk] This one is new to me

That's what I thought a first, too, until I looked closer. I've never seen a diesel electric with a firebox, flues, and a Venturi nozzle though. Plus four steam cylinders per truck!

I don't see any corporate identification on the patent file, though.

  This was a still-born design for a Loewy-inspired diesel-electric switcher, dreamed up postwar when the arrogant motive-power chiefs still thought they could do better than any commerical loco supplier. It and other Pennsy dream design is covered in Eric Hirsamaki's "Black Gold and Black Diamonds" volumes 1-2.  You could kitbash one from a Tyco "GG-1".
