[PRR-talk] Rotary Snow Plows

        The Rotary Plow that was used in Buffalo during the 1977
blizzard was PC X-659. It was a ex New York Central plow not a PRR plow.
Some thought it was the LIRR Plow but it wasn't. And some thought it may
have been an old PRR plow since it was used on the Buffalo line. I have
no idea what happen to that plow but it did make it to Conrail. Hope
