The annual membership renewal form was also included with December's
TKM.

There is also an order form for the new business car book in the winter
Keystone and one was also included with December's TKM.

When you receive your Winter issue of The Keystone, this is a  
reminder and alert that the mailing label cover page has the RENEWAL  
FORM on the reverse side!

This was a huge issue several years ago. When you open your Keystone,  
please put this cover page with your bills and expedite its payment.
