[PRR-talk] Division points

Listers,

I need some help on the following subject.

Enola was the eastbound end of the middle division.  Correct?

Does that mean that the PRR would not send a local freight east because it
would be a middle division crew working outside the division?

Let's say a car arrives from Pittsburg for the Beth Steel plant in
Steelton.  Did this car have to go to a freight yard further east
(Philadelphia?) to get on a freight to come back to be delivered?
