Reading-talk is an email list for discussion on topics related to the Reading Company. The Reading Company was one of six railroads that initially formed Conrail in 1976. "For Sale" posts are permitted on the 1st and 15th day of each month. Please prefix the subject with "FOR SALE" and please ask that replies be directed off-list. Items for sale must be relevant to the list topic. Dealers must limit "For Sale" posts to items that they consider "overstock" and old inventory; that is, product that has already been out for more than 24 months and is not moving. The only exception to this shall be for announcements for special runs that are exclusive to the dealer making the announcement. Any other product announcements posted by a dealer shall include suggested retail pricing only (SRP) and shall not include a URL back to the dealer's web site (other than a standard URL in the dealer's signature). Thank you for your compliance. Posts alerting other subscribers of items for sale on eBay or other auction sites are permitted at any time provided that the item in question is relevant and significant and the seller is not the one posting the notice. Subscribing to Reading-talk
